In-Home Personal Training

First Class Personal Training takes great pride in providing personal training in the comfort of your own home. If you have a home gym - GREAT! If you don't - NO PROBLEM! First Class believes that people are most productive when they are comfortable, hence in-home training.

Limited space is required as most exercises are built around resistance training using a stability ball, dumbbells, rubber bands, BOSU ball, TRX, Kettle bells & and one's own body weight.

Emphasis is placed on core and functional training and building a strong foundation for future success. During a preliminary consultation, each person's specific fitness goals, nutritional habits and medical history are identified and a training strategy is developed.

The duration of all in home personal training sessions can range between thirty to sixty minutes, depending on the individual’s needs and fitness level.

Group Training

First Class Personal Training offers small group training that is fun and challenging, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support.

Group Personal training sessions are limited to no more than 5 people, so you get individualized instruction and supervision from your own personal trainer.

Group training is a dynamic workout that is geared towards all fitness levels and is done both indoor and outdoor. Participants of group training love the competitiveness and challenge of others in the group, which creates a strong work ethic.

Post Rehabilitation

Post-Rehabilitation programs are designed for those individuals who are recovering from a variety of musculoskeletal disorders. First Class Personal Training post-rehab specialists, review and design exercise programs for clients with specific functional deficits remaining after the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. Given the nature of most soft tissue and joint problems, the probability of a more complete recovery is enhanced through a structured approach to exercise.

First Class Personal trainers are certified and specialize in post rehabilitation. All trainers have a great amount of experience dealing with post rehab clientele and have a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to the physiology of the body and medical conditions of the nervous, skeletal and cardiovascular system.

The focal point of our nutritional program is on educating our clientele on how to make healthier choices, while not depriving their system.

Youth Training

In the past 30 years, obesity rates have doubled among children and tripled among adolescents, and the amount of physical activity in schools has drastically decreased. Our services offer extensive age-appropriate exercise programs with the aim to improve the overall health and well being of children and teens, and help instill the value of physical activity at an early age. Our goal with youngsters is to build muscle memory and develop strength and flexibility to perform at their full potential. After muscle memory is build, our focus is to progress in all facets of their program.

We focus on body weight exercises, plyometric, agility drills and core strength.
