What equipment do I need for In-Home Personal Training?

All the equipment you will need during your sessions will be provided by First Class Personal Training.  Our programs are centered around resistance and cardiovascular training using a stability ball, dumbbells, rubber resistance bands, BOSU ball, TRX, Kettle bells & and one’s own body weight.
